Privacy that protects lead quality, customer trust, and enterprise buying confidence.
AI Loop uses inquiry data, consented analytics, and operational metadata to qualify real opportunities, reduce wasted follow-up, and keep sensitive activity out of unnecessary systems.
Clear collection
Forms, consented analytics, and request metadata are treated as business context, not surveillance.
Better qualification
The data helps route inquiries to the right AI, software, cloud, or delivery-pod conversation.
Controlled sharing
Lead tools, email, CRM, and analytics integrations are used only when configured for business operations.
We collect information that visitors intentionally provide through website forms, including name, email, phone number, company, role, website, service interests, project description, budget range, timeline, preferred contact method, audit answers, event registrations, job applications, and proposal context.
When a visitor gives consent for advanced analytics, AI Loop may capture page views, clicks, scroll depth, form progress, submit attempts, abandon events, referrer, UTM parameters, device/browser metadata, and approximate region from request or hosting headers when available.
For public lead and inquiry forms, consented form-progress analytics may include field labels and non-sensitive values entered before submission so the admin team can understand lost inquiries and improve follow-up. Passwords, tokens, captcha values, file fields, payment-card-like values, and sensitive technical fields are excluded.
We use inquiry and analytics data to respond to visitors, qualify opportunities, schedule discovery calls, prepare proposals, improve conversion paths, troubleshoot site issues, prevent abuse, and understand which AI, automation, product, cloud, or managed-operation services are most relevant.
We do not intentionally infer or profile sensitive traits such as age, gender, health status, religion, political views, or biometric identity from website behavior. Visitors should not submit credentials, secrets, confidential third-party data, regulated health records, payment details, or information they are not authorized to share.
Optional analytics and marketing tools such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and similar providers load only when configured and handled through the consent model required for the visitor context. Essential security and form functionality may still run without optional analytics.
AI Loop may use trusted processors for hosting, database, analytics, email, CRM, scheduling, spam protection, and delivery operations. These providers process data for business operations; AI Loop does not sell personal information as a data broker.
Lead and inquiry records are retained for business follow-up, audit history, fraud prevention, and service-delivery context. Retention periods may vary by record type, commercial relationship, legal requirement, security need, and active opportunity status.
Admin access to lead and CMS records is restricted to authorized users. Security controls include role-based access, server-side handling, audit logs where configured, transport security, and operational review of sensitive workflows.
Visitors can request correction, deletion, or review of their inquiry data by contacting contact@ailoop.in. Some records may need to be retained when required for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
